Privacy Policy

1. Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how KOL Audit (“KOL Audit”) collects, uses and shares information when you use the platform. By using KOL Audit you agree to this policy.

2. Information we collect

Account data: your X/Twitter handle and public profile (via OAuth), display name, and email address.

Wallet data: your public Solana wallet address and signatures you provide to prove ownership. We never receive your private keys or seed phrase.

Marketplace data: KOL profiles, rate cards, bookings, messages, reviews and disputes you create.

Analytics data: referral clicks, wallet connects and conversions reported to our attribution endpoints, plus on-chain transactions related to escrow.

Usage data: standard logs and cookies needed to keep you signed in and operate the service.

3. How we use it

To operate the marketplace, compute reputation scores, run escrow and attribution, send notifications you've opted into, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

4. Third parties

We share data with processors that power the service: Supabase (database, auth, storage), our influencer-data provider(s) for scoring, Resend for email, and Solana RPC providers for on-chain reads/writes. On-chain transactions are public by nature. We do not sell your personal information.

5. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising cookies.

6. Your choices & rights

You can edit your profile, manage notification preferences in Settings, and request access to or deletion of your account data by contacting privacy@kolaudit.com. Note that data already written to a public blockchain cannot be deleted.

7. Security & retention

We protect data with row-level security and signature-verified wallet linking, and retain it only as long as needed to provide the service or as required by law. No system is perfectly secure.

8. Children & changes

KOL Audit is not directed to children under the age of majority. We may update this policy; material changes will be notified in-app or by email. Questions: privacy@kolaudit.com.
