1. Agreement
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the KOL Audit platform operated by KOL Audit (“KOL Audit”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account, connecting a wallet, or otherwise using the platform, you agree to these Terms.
2. What KOL Audit is
KOL Audit is a marketplace and analytics platform that connects projects (“Buyers”) with social-media influencers (“KOLs”) and facilitates bookings, escrowed payments, and campaign measurement. KOL Audit is not a party to the agreements between Buyers and KOLs; we provide the tools that enable those agreements.
3. Eligibility & accounts
You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for your account, your connected wallet, and all activity under them. Reputation scores are derived from third-party and on-chain data and are provided as informational signals, not guarantees.
4. Bookings, escrow & fees
Bookings are funded into a non-custodial on-chain escrow. Funds release to the KOL upon verified delivery, are refundable before delivery, and may be split by an arbiter in a dispute. KOL Audit charges a buyer service fee and a KOL payout fee as described on the Pricing page; fees are fixed per order at funding time and capped on-chain. KOL Audit does not take custody of escrowed funds.
5. Disclosure & conduct
KOLs must clearly disclose paid promotions (e.g. #ad) in line with applicable law and platform rules. You agree not to post unlawful, fraudulent, or manipulative content, manipulate metrics, or misuse the attribution endpoints. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or harm the integrity of the marketplace.
6. Disputes
Disputes between a Buyer and KOL over a booking are handled through the in-app dispute process and resolved by a designated arbiter via a proportional on-chain split. You agree that arbitration outcomes recorded on-chain are final for the escrowed amount.
7. No financial advice
Nothing on KOL Audit is financial, investment, legal or tax advice. Scores, project histories, and price movements are informational. Crypto assets are volatile and risky. Past performance does not predict future results. You are solely responsible for your decisions.
8. Disclaimers & liability
The platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, KOL Audit is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, for losses arising from third-party data or on-chain transactions, or for the conduct of Buyers or KOLs.
9. Changes & contact
We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified in-app or by email. Continued use constitutes acceptance. Governing law: the jurisdiction of our incorporation. Questions: legal@kolaudit.com.
